Senior Traveler Courtesy Assistance
Some older travelers do not need medical transportation — they simply appreciate a little extra help when traveling through a busy airport.
Upon request, senior passengers may receive light courtesy assistance with normal luggage and additional guidance while meeting their scheduled ride.
When arrangements allow, meeting assistance near Baggage Claim or the airport meeting area may also be requested in advance.
There is no additional assistance charge for this light courtesy service.

If you are traveling with an unusually large amount of luggage, oversized items, or a larger group, let us know when making the reservation so we can determine whether an appropriate vehicle is available.
One Quick Courtesy Stop When Needed
Sometimes a traveler needs a brief restroom, convenience-store, pharmacy, or drink stop during a longer airport trip.
One brief courtesy stop directly along the normal route may be accommodated upon request without an additional stop charge, provided it does not require rerouting or significantly delay the trip.
Longer stops, additional destinations, or significant route changes may require a revised fare.
